Processing Time
The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within a timeframe of up to 24 hours for a fast withdrawal, and 2 business days for a standard withdrawal.
In some cases, additional time may be required if further verification is needed.
Receiving the Funds
Once your withdrawal is approved, the amount is sent immediately to your bank account if it is a fast withdrawal.
The time it takes to receive the funds then depends on your banking institution.
For a standard withdrawal, the timeframe is 1 to 3 business days.
Withdrawal Pending
As long as your request is being processed, it will appear as "pending".
In this situation, you can still cancel your withdrawal from your account → section "History" > "Withdrawals"
