Processing time
The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within a timeframe of up to 24 hours.
In some cases, an additional delay may be necessary if further verifications are required.
Receiving the money
Once your withdrawal is approved, the amount is sent immediately to your bank account.
The receipt time then depends on your banking institution.
Withdrawal pending
As long as your request is being processed, it will appear as "pending".
In this situation , you can still cancel your withdrawal from your account → section "History" > "Withdrawals"
